Terms and conditions for the supply of goods through the Gooymoko online store ("www.gooymoko.com"). These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by Gooymoko (“Gooymoko", “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing your order with us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.

Our store is hosted by Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time, including the product details, pricing without notice. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website, or close it for some time. Any of the material on our website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material. CONTRACT
No contract will exist between you and Gooymoko for the sale of any product, unless and until Gooymoko has accepted your order with a confirmation email and a full payment is taken from your PayPal or credit/debit card. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence of a legally binding contract between us.
PAYMENT
By purchasing on this site, you confirm that the PayPal account or credit/debit card that is being used is yours or you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the PayPal account or credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment - we will not be obliged for any delay or non-delivery. Payment can be made by PayPal or via your credit/debit card which is linked to your PayPal account. Also by any other methods, that may be advertised on our website.

The entire content of this website, including all jewelry designs, logos, photographs, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name Gooymoko is only the property of Gooymoko. You may store, print or display the content supplied only for your own personal use. You may draw the attention to others within your organization to material posted on our site. You are not permitted to publish, distribute, manipulate or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use in any such content in connection with any commercial enterprise or business. By using this service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of this website.
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
All packages must be opened in the upon receipt of the goods, to verify that the Goods are contained in the parcel are untampered with and undamaged. You acknowledge that if you fail to do this and later on find the Goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the Shipping company or post services. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will only be liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us here within 14 working days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will confirm the return address in writing, once you have contacted us about the fault.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Each piece of Gooymoko jewelry is made to order, therefore we cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be damaged. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another, different piece, as all the jewelry is unique itself.

AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and Gooymoko in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods. Shipping:
• Orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping time depends on the season and your country, tracking is provided. Currently shipping to all of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK and USA.
Shipping can be specially arranged to any country if requested.

International Shipping: 14-24 business days $20(AUD)

I understand that sometimes it’s easy to make a mistake with the delivery address details therefore I will send a confirmation email before sending off your purchase. Please note that I cannot yet cater to large commerce orders but feel free as a buyer to get in touch and I can try to accommodate your request.

• Always carefully wrapped as if it were a gift and protected with sustainably sourced bubble wrap
Care:
• With polymer clay jewelry, protecting it from direct sunlight will help keep its longevity. In case you want to clean them, a simple wipe with a wet cloth (NO chemicals) will keep them looking like new. Do not put them in a jewelry cleaner since they are only for metals. Polymer clay is a durable material, the jewelry is designed to be solid and hard to snap but be careful with them as some colors such as gold are softer than others.
Refunds:
We offer refunds within the first 14 days of your purchase once its status shows as delivered, if 14 days have passed since the item has been delivered, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
We only refund items if they were damaged through shipping. Being a small company means change of mind won't be accepted(sorry)
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the broken item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
